Jim Bullion had more than 30 years experience in Chamber of Commerce management, fundraising and communications. Jim was one of America's best fundraisers, responsible for hundreds of successful campaigns, and millions of dollars in funding support. For more than twenty years, Jim served as President of one of American's premier fundraising organizations. He helped to pioneer many fundraising innovations, trained and supervised dozens of development professionals, and became friends with community and non-profit leaders all across America.
We, at Smart Funding Plus, are proud that Jim served as our mentor, business associate, and great friend for many years. Jim was one of those rare and extraordinary individuals who always had a smile, was always positive, and always took the time to impart friendly thoughts and kind words to others. The way that Jim lived his life and conducted his work served as a sterling "how to live life and serve others well" lesson for those who knew him. We will miss Jim very much, yet he will always occupy an important place in our minds and hearts.
